Doing this we have gained an extensive knowledge on how to install quality projects on time & on budget which has enabled us to be where we are today.
We attend regular updated training events to help us do our job, so we have the Technical support of the manufacturers whenever required.
WHAT WE DO
- We are Independent Roofing & Cladding Consultants, meaning we are an Independent body and not tied to any manufacturers or contractors and offer impartial advice where required.
- We offer Roofing & Cladding Audit Inspections throughout the Retail & Commercial sector and beyond, we will supply you with full photographic Inspection reports, during the construction phase of your projects to help ensure that all the manufactures guidelines and detail drawings are followed to help deliver quality throughout the installation.
- We offer a Drawing Review service to ensure compliance of your installation
- We offer Pre-Solar & Post condition surveys to determine the condition of your roof covering before & after the Photovoltaic is installed to avoid costly repairs once the solar is installed, did you know circa 50% of existing projects have extensive roof issues unknown to the PV installers & clients at the time of their installs, which may cause conflicts once the installs are completed, between Client & Contractor, (why is my roof leaking).
- We also carry out Condition Surveys of existing buildings and supply a full photographic reports with a scope of works & recommendations attached to help bring your investments up to todays standards to help ensure they can live on.
- Leak detection services to determine the root cause of the ingress issues.
- We offer bespoke Drone surveys where required.
